We would like to sincerely thank Golden Cab Service, especially Suman, our trip manager, for the exceptional support provided during our vacation. Despite a sudden flight cancellation and date change, Suman managed the entire situation smoothly, accommodating the revised itinerary without charging any additional amount and ensuring there was no disruption to our travel plans. Under Suman’s coordination, Golden Cab Service provided neat, well-maintained MUV cars along with carefully assigned, professional drivers. The drivers were friendly, drove safely on challenging mountain routes, and were very considerate of kids and ladies, which made the journey comfortable and reassuring. Suman’s proactive communication and planning truly stood out, with regular daily updates on the ongoing itinerary and clear plans shared in advance for the next day. His attention to detail, strong focus on safety, and customer-first approach made the entire trip stress-free and memorable. We truly appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Golden Cab Service.

We had taken cab service : Gangtok << Pelling << darjeeling. Each place they had assigned new driver and all drivers were kind and accomodative. They arrived on time. Cabs were maintained well. Seats were clean and comfortable. Overall good service.

The co-ordination team did a good job in ensuring that drivers are assigned daily and they helped us with changing of a (what we thought) mentally unstable driver with a new one. However, it would have been ideal to have one cab driver for the entire journey, changing cab drivers lead to unecessary additional co-ordination. Also we missed multiple locations/points which we were promised will be covered later but that never happened, for example Ropeway, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park in Darjeeling, Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Ruins, New Helipad Ground in Pelling and Flower show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery, Tsomgo Lake in Gangtok. On the last day the driver was not good, he didnt stop for food, didnt take us to the doctor even after informing him that we had booked a appointment with an hospital, he kept us hungry and dropped us to the airport in a hurry since he had another personal appointment. Bad expereince in short, accept for the co-ordinators and the one of the drivers who showed us around in Lachung.

Got connected to Mr. Jay for my 6 days trip to North East via MMT. Jay was proactive and professional throughout the trip. Got all relevant contacts, information and details on time. I was connected to 5 drivers in my 6 days journey. All of them were skilled and well aware of the locality. Faced issues with one driver though. He was with us in Pelling. He was constantly asking me to complete site visits quickly so he could drop us early. When I explained him that we have come from 2000kms away, he started arguing that he has drop us early. He did not even bother to find a decent hotel for lunch, also dropped us 100metres away from final drop point. Overall the services were good. Drivers were polite and helpful apart from one gentleman described above.

Vijay Agarwal

Positive: Drivers were well behaved and courteous. Improvement: Rates charged for any additional point were exorbitant. Cars were mostly in poor condition and unkempt. No reliable system of knowing who the driver/car would be for the next day Punctuality of the cars is in general a problem.

Ajay Chandel

I am delighted with the service you provided. It was a great experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless .It was value for money. All the drivers were magnificent and cabs were cleaned. Thanks for all you efforts and appreciate your managements.

The feedback around the cab cleaniness was promptly attended to on the day 2 itself. The cab upgrade request was also attended to without any extra charges. Overall, a satisfying cab experience with golden cabs apart from a couple of late arrival instances of cab.
